Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the house when possible. Please try not to park in front of neighbors homes • Please try to limit the amount of cars you bring to 4 cars. • Garbage pickup is Wednesday morning. Please put all of the garbage bins on the street on Tuesday evenings and bring them back in after pickup. • This home has an attached but private accessory dwelling unit with a long term tenant. Please be mindful of your noise levels. • Do not move the furniture around without prior approval. • Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them quickly • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and community. • No illegal activity of any kind is permitted. • Do not tamper with security smoke detectors, or internet equipment. • Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. • Use coasters and placemats to protect tables and countertops. • Turn off the thermostat when leaving the property. • No pets of any kind allowed. • No Parties or events allowed. • A minimum fee of $300.00 may be assessed for property damaged or excessively dirty towels, ruined linens/towels, excessive mess, smoke smell, excessive garbage and strong odors.

We were attending a birthday party in Mountain view areas with our friends from San Diago. Nicole’s place was our “home away from home” for 3 nights. It is well equipped with coffee and all the kitchen essentials. The five of us enjoyed staying here! The neighborhood is quiet and close to Costco and Hwy 880. I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent - close to parks, stores, restaurants, and even a primo water filter is also within 10-12 mins of walk. The property is exactly as described in the listing. The home was clean, safe, and comfortable, with a lovely backyard that gets great sunlight and is nice for a short walk. Host is highly responsive, and helpful. I'd gladly stay here again on my next visit to Fremont.
